-
By proclaiming the Gospel, people are able to receive it and be made disciples of Jesus as the Great Commission instructs.
-
By baptizing (through full immersion in water) those who received the Gospel, an essential step in fulfilling the Great Commission is accomplished.
-
By teaching the Bible in its grammatical and historical context, those who receive the Gospel are taught to obey all Jesus commanded in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Core Values

Making Disciples of "All Nations”
The Reach Maui Ministry seeks to make disciples of Jesus from “all nations” (doing so regardless of age, culture, class, or ethnicity) as the Great Commission teaches.

Planting Churches
One aspect of making disciples of Jesus is uniting those disciples to form local churches. Taking part in strategic church planting across Maui remains an essential part of the Reach Maui Ministry faithfully fulfilling the Great Commission until Jesus returns.

Communicating Transparently
All potential and current partners of the Reach Maui Ministry can expect to receive transparent communication regarding finances, doctrinal beliefs, and methodological practices. No question in these areas is off limits to ask and expect an honest answer.

Ministering Sustainably
The Reach Maui Ministry believes that pursing sustainable ministry practices enables longevity and allows for greater impact over the long haul. Hard work can be expected, but should never be equated with continually working at a pace that cannot be sustained.
